2012-2013 Officials Registration Forms

Please download all documents below, fill them out and send them via email to the Office Coordinator or via mail to the Synchro BC Office. All forms can be filled out on the computer, saved and then emailed.

This year Synchro BC will be using new software called iVolunteer to manage the scheduling of Officials at all the season’s meets. Once the Officials General Membership form has been completed and sent to the office, go to the iVolunteer program on-line and sign up for the meets you are able to attend (http://synchrobc.ivolunteer.com/officials). The password to access the iVolunteer Officials program is “officialsbc”.

Once you have signed up, you will receive an email from iVolunteer to confirm that you did in fact sign up to volunteer for said dates and times. Please confirm by clicking on the link in the email.
