2011-2012 Club Testing

Synchro BC is introducing the Club Testing for the 2011-2012 season to encourage the training of physical capacities needed for Synchro and to create a basis of comparison between all athletes of a similar level outside of competitions. If you have any questions please contact Brenda Smythe our Technical Director directly.

Club Testing

To encourage the training of physical capacities needded for synchro and to create a basis of comparison between all athletes of a similar level outside of competitions, synchro BC implemented the Club Testing for the 2011-2012 season.

Please download the information sheet here.
Clear directions and protocols will be distributed at the start of the 2011-2012 season to ensure consistent testing across the province.

Star Testing Sheets
Please download the following Star testing sheets for any star testing and send them to the office either by fax (604-333-3450 attn: Synchro BC) or scan and email it to the Office Coordinator.

• PDF - Star 1-10; Super Star 1-3
• Word - Star 1-10; Super Star 1-3 (Zip file) - You can fill in the athlete's names on the computer before printing the forms out!
