• we administer the Star and AquaSquirts Programs of Synchro Canada.
• We offer a competitive meet schedule for athletes of all abilities and age levels.
• We organize all Training,Sectional and Regional meets.
• We organize three Provincial Championship competitions per season.
• We support BC's High Performance athletes to Western and Canadian National Championships as well as National Team Trials.
• We host Western Division, Canadian and International events on a rotational schedule with Synchro Canada.
• We register all Synchro swimmers, clubs, programs and individual members with Synchro Canada.
• We provide insurance for member activities & board liability for all member clubs.
• We arrange insurance for club equipment at their request.
• We provide opportunities for coaching & instructor certification in Synchro.
• We offer additional educational opportunities through fall Conference and individual support via our Toward Excellence Program.
• We provide training for judges, referees and officials.
• We provide Synchro BC membership at no cost to active officials
• We sell Synchro resources, including Synchro Canada manuals, Star Program materials, Judging manuals and video tapes, and DVD's
• We communicate through regular updates on the website, newsletters and meetings.
• We provide club education and support for new and existing members.
• We offer fundraising support to our clubs.
• We liaise with Sport BC, Pacific Sport and other funding bodies for grants and program support.
• We advocate and communicate with local and regional governments for infrastructure support and growth.
• We develop and provide policy's, procedures and technical information to our members.
