Competition Entry Forms

The new 2011-2012 Competitions Entry Forms are available now. Download them here.

--> All meet entries should be submitted by email to competitions at synchro.bc.ca prior to the deadline in order to avoid late fees.

Additionally, please mail a hard copy of the competition entry form along with a cheque to the office before the meet. Failure to pay before the meet will result in athletes being unable to compete.
